The Boon coaching platform

• Scale: 1:1 coaching open to every employee. People book sessions when they need them, with a coach matched to their role and goals.
• Grow: a six-month program for new and rising managers. Twelve bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, group cohort sessions, three check-ins with each participant's manager, and before and after assessments on three to five competencies you choose.
• Exec: confidential coaching for senior leaders over four or six months, with coaches who have held senior roles themselves.
• Together: group coaching, team workshops, and leadership offsites, run by the same coach network as the 1:1 programs.
• Adapt: 1:1 coaching for leaders and managers while their organization adopts AI.

All five programs share one coach network and one portal, so when someone moves into a new role or a new program, their coaching history comes with them.

Boon coaching is delivered by 300+ ICF-accredited coaches with operating experience: former executives, functional leaders, and operators. About 2% of coach applicants are accepted.

HR and program admins get a live portal with coaching usage, NPS, coach satisfaction, wellbeing scores, and coaching themes, plus competency growth from before and after assessments for Grow. Reports export as a PDF Coaching Impact Report. The portal never shows what is said in a session.

• Sign-in: program admins use email and password with a one-time code, or Google. Employees get a one-time sign-in link at their work email, so there is no Boon password to manage.
• Rostering: admins add employees in the admin portal, one at a time or by CSV upload. Boon does not offer a native HRIS sync today; during onboarding, the Boon team can help set up a roster pull from your HRIS.
• Scheduling and video: booked sessions arrive as calendar invites that work with Google and Outlook calendars, with a Zoom link created for each session and recording off.
• Slack and Microsoft Teams: coaching nudges, reminders, and session prep where your people already work.
• Claude and ChatGPT: employees can use their coaching program inside Claude or ChatGPT through Boon’s MCP connector. Boon returns only that employee’s own coaching data.
• Not currently available: SAML single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning.

Boon received an unqualified SOC 2 Type II attestation covering the Security trust services category for April 1 to June 30, 2026. Each customer's data is isolated by row-level security in the database, encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 at rest, and hosted in the United States.

Boon creates Zoom sessions with recording off and does not record, transcribe, or store coaching sessions. Employers see aggregate participation, themes, and competency trends; session content stays between coach and participant. See Security.
