Boon coaching is priced by program. Scale is billed per completed session, with no per-seat fees. Grow is a flat fee per participant or per session, set by contract, and Exec, Together, and Adapt are quoted per engagement.

How is each Boon program billed?

What is included in every program?

Every program includes coach matching, HR reporting on program themes, Slack and Microsoft Teams nudges and follow-through, a summary of goals and action items, resources for each focus area, Practice Space, and Boon inside Claude and ChatGPT. Every program launches within a week of kickoff.
