Step 1: Identify the Perfect Match for Boon
Consider a company or team that could seriously benefit from Boon and our services. Consider their specific needs, and the challenges they're facing.

Step 2: Make an Email Introduction
Referral a friend (ideally an HR executive) leveraging our pre-drafted template available by clicking the button below. Feel free to customize based on your experience with Boon!

Now, this is the fun part! Once your email introduction does its magic and the potential match shows some serious interest in Boon, it's time for you to claim your well-deserved incentive.

Referral Terms
Eligibility:
a. The referral program is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old.
Referral Process:
a. To refer a friend, you must send an email introduction between the potential referral and the following Boon team members (asimmons@boon-health.com, anewman@boon-health.com) using the email template included in the referral program.
b. The referral must not have been previously contacted by Boon or be an existing client.
c. Only referrals received via email introduction will be considered valid for the program.
Referee's Response and Meeting:
a. The referred individual ("referee") must respond to the email introduction and/or book a meeting with Boon to be eligible.
b. The meeting should be scheduled and confirmed through the official Boon Health communication channels.
Incentives and Prizes:
a. If the referee meets the requirements mentioned, both the referee and the person who made the referral ("referrer") will be eligible for the program's incentives.
b. The specific incentives and prizes will be communicated to the referrer upon successful completion of the referral process.
General Conditions:
a. Boon reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
b. Participants in the referral program agree to release Boon from any liability arising from participation in the program or the use of any incentives or prizes.
